Most people think that when someone has a slow metabolism, that person must look overweight or obese, and that a person of normal, healthy looking body can never deal with slow metabolism.
This is not true. Yes, many people with slow metabolism have higher bodyweight, but this is not always the case. Slow metabolism is also about many other signs that have more to do with how the person feels and not always how she looks. So, what are the signs that someone might be dealing with slow metabolic rate?
In the second half of the podcast we’re talking about what to do about it, and why the steps to come out of this slow state are actually similar whether the person is overweight or normal weight.
