Private Workout Program + Coaching is for you if you need a strength training plan that is designed just for you, allowing you to get the most out of your workouts.
This program will be designed based on our initial phone call where we go over in detail your goals, your workout experience (it's okay if you have none), the time and equipment you have available, any pain or injuries etc.
You can work out from home — going to the gym is not a requirement. If you are a beginner, you don't even need equipment at first, it's absolutely okay to start with just bodyweight!
Coaching Includes:
- Getting started call where we go over in detail your history and goals as described above
- A new program once a month
- Video demonstrations and descriptions for each exercise
- Text message access to me 5 days a week. These messages can be used for form checks or any other workout related questions.
After you have applied, I will contact you within 2 business days to schedule our call.
This initial call is complementary. We move forward with the program only if after the call we both agree that this is a good fit.
