Last weekend, something crazy happened: I got stung by a scorpion.
This is something that can happen when you live in a desert!
It was really shocking and scary, and I would be lying if I told you that I remained calm and relaxed and was able to find any freakout. That wasn’t the case at all.
I became hypervigilant and stayed on high alert for a few days, but I’m totally fine now and I also reaized that this experience had a great lesson when it comes to mindbody syndrome and chronic pain.
