Great episode, super helpful. My situation sounds so similar to your client’s. I’m pretty sure I know what program she was following beforehand bc I too have been following the same one: 16/8 fasting, workout fasted, mon/Tue low carb days, HIIT on those days, quick workouts with light dumbbells, etc. I plan to implement the changes you outlined for her.
