Emotions are a big cause of chronic symptoms that you might be feeling in the body. In fact, emotions ARE feelings in the body!
That’s why, if you have chronic symptoms that are coming from the brain and nervous system, also known as TMS, it’s possible that what you are feeling in the body is simply an emotion.
