A few months ago I had a conversation with someone who told me:
“I started gaining weight in my 20s when my metabolism started to slow down”.
This is not true! Our metabolism doesn’t get slower just from age, especially when we’re that young. Age might be one of the contributing factors but much later on; and even then, the much, much bigger factor is our lifestyle.
