But when the negativity bias in the brain is strong, you talk and think negatively most of the time, this can be a big reason why you are stuck with chronic symptoms, anxiety and depression.
Today I’m offering you a simple way how to do “pattern interruption” and switch your thinking from negative to positive. The more you practice it, the better it gets and the more your symptoms start to go down as well.
