I Reduced My Chronic Pain By 75% in 30 Minutes with This “Strange” Method

In today's video and podcast episode I'm sharing with you the one strange method that reduced my chronic back pain by about 75% in about 30 minutes. Yes, that really happened.

And then I'm sharing with you two other instances where my chronic pain disappeared almost completely for a period of time.

But, because chronic pain patterns are rooted deep in us (they literally live in our nervous systems and yes, the nervous system remembers every little thing that ever happened to us!) then these moments of feeling better don't usually provide long-lasting results until we strategically and regularly start creating NEW patterns in our nervous system.

And this is what you really need to start doing if you have chronic symptoms. You've probably heard about “book cures” and maybe even know someone who overcame their chronic pain by simply reading John Sarno's Healing Back Pain or MindBody Prescription (affiliate links). Which is truly amazing and the books are excellent, but most of us need more than that.

In today's video, I am offering 3 things that you can do every day, to let go of your chronic pain for good. But remember, these three things have to become a new habit. Just like the chronic pain is a habit right now — yes, because it's chronic! — then you also need to make a HABIT of regulating your nervous system frequently with the tools that I teach in today's video/podcast.
