I think we all know that positive thinking and optimism are healthier for us than negative thinking and pessimism.
Positivity and optimism are great, but not when we use them to just ignore and cover up our hard, dark emotions. These dark and heavy emotions need to be acknowledged and expressed too. Otherwise, they can’t be released and they continue to cause chronic sensations.
