In this episode I’m interviewing a friend and a fellow nutrition coach Greta Quesenberry. She has a fascinating story about reverse dieting and how eating more changed her health for good.
Greta had always been worried about her weight so naturally, she had dieted a lot. She started having health issues and eventually she couldn’t lose more weight.
Her husband had told her that she needs to eat more but she never believed it. However, when she finally did a reverse diet, her health problems went away quickly. She did gain some weight but it was worth it — after healing her body with more food, she did a healthy, reasonable calorie cut and lost 24 pounds!
