In this uplifting podcast, we explore seven habits that have the power to increase your happiness and lead to better health, while reducing anxiety. Because being happier literally means you are changing your INTERNAL STATE, which, when practiced over time, will help you decrease your physical sensations too.

Something as simple as putting a smile on your face to making someone else’s day better by letting them know that you appreciate them, will lift your own mood which in turn will improve your health and help decrease anxiety and pain.

equipped to handle life's challenges with confidence and resilience.

And finally, don’t wait for the circumstances to be great to start feeling happier again — in fact, it happens the other way around. The more you can generate the feeling of happiness, the better your circumstances get. That’s because what you put out there, you will also get back.
