A few months ago, I invited you to do one 5 minute workout once a week in the morning, right after getting up and before doing anything else.
The goal was to get your body and mind energized by doing a short and excuse-free workout, before the day kicks off All the workouts called for nothing else but bodyweight – no dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells or other weights needed!
Remember, body weight is always the most valuable tool you have, and you always have it with you 🙂
