After I recovered from metabolic damage and hypothalamic amenorrhea, I didn't want to track my food at all. This period was needed to rest, relax, and eat intuitively.
2.5 years after recovery, I wanted to see if I can achieve a little bit more athletic look, so I decided to try macro tracking (first time in my life) and combine it with strength training. In this video, I'm sharing how I have done it without getting obsessed with tracking.
