319. How To Handle Big Events and Too Much People-ing When You are Sensitive / Introvert

Today’s episode is about handling big crowds and doing too much people-ing.

If you are a Highly Sensitive Person, a person with TMS, and / or you are quite extroverted, then there’s a good chance that you don’t love big events and lots of crowds, and you probably prefer to spend a lot of time by yourself.

I think it is great that we enjoy our own company! But on the other hand, when we start to avoid social interactions and going out because we’re afraid of how badly things might go and how stressed we may get, we can also start missing out on life.

In today’s episode I will share with you a personal story from last weekend… And teach a few tools that worked for me and will work for you too, if you want to be able to still enjoy events outside of your home but without getting too stressed out from it.
