Can overtraining make you gain weight?

Yes, it’s totally possible. If you’ve been eating 1000-1400 calories, training several hours a day, you’ve been stressing your body out to the point where it stops losing weight and starts storing weight. You may also notice increasing fat in your lower abdomen area.
