This episode is about SLEEP and it’s going to be very different from what you probably expected. I’m not here to tell you to take more magnesium or get more sun or avoid any sugar at night.
While these things can make a difference for some people, they don’t make for others. And they didn’t make a difference for me.
What made a much bigger difference for me was understanding that my sleep struggles were coming from my nervous system, brain and overall psychology. They were also coming from trying to be super perfect with sleep routine, as well as from worrying too much about all the terrible health effects that may happen as a result of not sleeping enough.
