10 minutes of lots of sweating–that's what you'll see in today's workout video.
I've been really into kettlebell training lately.
Okay, I'm always into kettlebell training, but the during the past few weeks, there have been just a couple of workouts where I haven't used kettlebells. Snatches are probably my most favorite exercises to do, and that's what you'll see also in today's video.
2-5 Movements Per Workout Is Enough
I've been keeping my workouts really simple, as always. I'm pretty minimalist at heart, which also shows in the way I workout. Most of my workouts consist of 2-5 full body movements that I usually do in circuits.
For this workout here, I used only two things: a kettlebell and a sandbag. There are so many exercises that you can do with them, but this one has only kettlebell snatches and sandbag thrusters.
If you want to learn more awesome sandbag exercises, check out my latest post about them and watch the videos here.
10 Minutes Kettlebell & Sandbag AMRAP Workout
This is a 10 Minutes AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) Workout.
Here’s how to do it:
Set your timer for 10 minutes and do
8 Sandbag Thrusters
8 Single Arm Snatches (right)
8 Single Arm Snatches (left).
Repeat the same sequence until ten minutes is up. Of course, you can always choose your own length for the workout. Ten minutes for this one was pretty hard, as you can tell from how I was trying to speak at the end of the video…
Let's Workout Together
You can see this workout form the beginning to the end, the whole thing. If working out alone is a challenge for you, I hope this video is helpful. We can almost workout together 😃 As you can see, I’m pretty breathless my the end of it so talking wasn’t easy!
Here it is!
