Urban Jane Recipes

Here you can find healthy and satisfying meal ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as for snacks and treats. Some of the meals need extra time to bake in the oven or cook on the stovetop, but majority of them require less than 30 minutes of preparation time.

I strongly believe in eating unprocessed, local food. I have no food allergies, so I can eat pretty much anything. However, in spring of 2014 I started following Paleo diet that ended up helping me lose some weight. I also found that I feel more energized and less hungry throughout the day. I am not extremely strict with it – I almost never turn down a piece (or two) of cake and have a slice of bread here and there, but I do eat Paleo-ish most of the time as you can also see from the recipes below.
