What is the first thought that comes to your mind when you first wake up in the morning?

Mine used to be not a thought, but a bunch of thoughts and they were all so full of anxiety, worry and “what if everything goes wrong’s” face screaming in fear

And then I continued to think about all the things that I wanted to get done that day. Everything felt so urgent and like “It has to get done NOW”.

In addition to constantly racing thoughts, I used to also wake up very early – way earlier than I would have wanted or needed. I was always up at 3:30 or 4:30, my mind racing. Some nights I was able to go back to sleep but many nights not.

As a result, the anxiety loop continued because now on top of feeling like I needed to do EVERYTHING, I was just too tired to do it.

In today’s episode I share with you 3 important tips that helped me to reduce my morning anxiety. Tune in!
