Whenever possible, I really like to work out outside (although I do train my clients at the gym as well). You may be wondering, if working out outdoors can really give you results?
As a personal trainer, I get that question often. The answer is, without a doubt:
It sure does!
You can amazing results by using just bodyweight or simple equipment such as medicine balls, kettlebells, dumbbells, jump rope, resistance bands, park benches…
However, if you'd like to learn to lift barbells and use other gym equipment, I also see my clients at the most amazing gym I've ever been to.
Sprinting, jumping, squatting, carrying, pushing and pulling among other similar movements that we in our workouts are natural to our bodies and therefore, give the best results. That's how we get you in a great shape, in the safest possible way.
Here's how we can work together:
1. One-on-one Online Training
You Get:
- 20-minute Getting Started Call to talk about your goals, current fitness level and lifestyle
- Personalized training plan with workouts for 3-5 days a week, based on the above
- Video critique
- Full access to my Workout Video Library
- 24/7 email communication with me
- Nutrition guidance, if needed
- My full commitment to working with you to reach your goals.
The Workouts in Your Training Plan Are
- Intense
- Up to 30-minutes long
- Based on equipment you have available (having one of the follwing is encouraged: a kettlebell (or two), a set of dumbbells, medicine ball, but bodyweight works as well!)
- Utilizing full body, compound movements.
For best results, you should workout 3-5 times a week.

2. One-on-one In Person Training (East Bay area)
How it Works:
- We work out at nearby parks if the weather allows or at your home
- I provide the workout equipment, but we can use yours if you have it
- The workouts are based on your goals and individual needs
- Full access to my Workout Video Library
- Nutrition guidance if needed
- My full commitment to working with you to reach your goals.
Your Workouts Will
- Utilize full body, compound movements
- Be challenging and intense.
I suggest working out with me 2-5 times a week.
Price: $325 for 5 sessions, $650 for 10 sessions.
3. Bootcamps and Small Group Training (East Bay area)
How It Works:
- We work out at a local park near to your home, your office or at your home or office
- We’re doing mostly bodyweight exercises, unless you can provide your own equipment for the group.
The Small Group Classes Will
- Utilize full body, compound movements
- Be fun, energizing and great team builders
- Be challenging and intense.
Pricing:
- Group up to 6 people: $129 a class
- Group up to 12 people: $149 a class
- Contact me for other options (monthly, weekly, 10 classes etc) and we find the price that works for both of us.
