Join us and a group of amazing women on Sunday, 4/28 at 11am for a fun and active morning!
Here's what we do:
- Start the morning with fun & simple workout. Wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes!
- Talk about negative self-talk that us women often experience, and that's holding us back from getting stronger, achieving more, and make a bigger difference in life
- Discuss how to become the healthiest, most awesome version of you without excessive exercise or extreme dieting!
Come hang out with us! We provide light snacks and homemade kombucha, but feel free to bring anything else you like.
