In today's episode, I'm answering two questions that I've gotten from listeners:
When it comes to fear of getting started with reverse, it helps to know that it's actually not so scary. Many people are afraid of weight gain, but that may or may not happen. There are so many benefits that you get from reverse, that even if you do gain some weight, it's going to be worth it because your energy, workouts, mood, periods etc will all be so much better. You may also have a great body composition change if you do the reverse right.
How much time do you need to fully reverse? I will share with you some variables that determine the length of your reverse diet. While it's nearly impossible to tell exactly how much time you're going to need, after listening to this episode, you will at least have an idea.
