Today’s podcast is about urgency and how it slows down your recovery from chronic pain or other symptoms, known as TMS.
I don’t mean urgency only when it comes to the speed of your recovery, but in terms of how you think and act in your everyday life. Do you always have ten different things going on? Is your mind filled with a thousand thoughts? Are you already thinking about the next thing on the to-do list, instead of focusing on the one you’re currently doing?
Do all of these things and thoughts feel so critically important so that you have to take care of them RIGHT NOW?
If so, then this is likely one contributor to your TMS chronic symptoms.
I today’s episode I’m sharing with you what you can do about this sense of urgency. I will illustrate it through my own personal experience that I had just a few days ago.
I hope you enjoy this episode!
