  • Great episode, super helpful. My situation sounds so similar to your client’s. I’m pretty sure I know what program she was following beforehand bc I too have been following the same one: 16/8 fasting, workout fasted, mon/Tue low carb days, HIIT on those days, quick workouts with light dumbbells, etc. I plan to implement the changes you outlined for her. Could you please share the episode date/number you referenced in this podcast about castor oil and apple cider vinegar please? I’ve not been able to find it. Thank you.
