Many of us have started a fat loss program feeling extremely excited. The first 2-3 weeks go well, but then things get harder, and little by little, your motivation starts to fade. Around month 2-3 you’re “off track” completely, and after a short break, you’re looking for that next program to hop on.
If this sounds familiar, today’s podcast is for you. You’ll learn what makes some programs so hard to stick with, and these same things should also be your red flags — if you see them, it’s likely that the program isn’t doable.
Achieving fat loss and weight loss does take work and effort. It will be uncomfortable and difficult, but it shouldn’t be miserable! And you feel miserable, that’s one reason why you can’t stick with the program.
