335. What If Your Chronic Symptoms are Actually Chronic Frustration?

Emotions are a big cause of chronic symptoms that you might be feeling in the body. In fact, emotions ARE feelings in the body!

That’s why, if you have chronic symptoms that are coming from the brain and nervous system, also known as TMS, it’s possible that what you are feeling in the body is simply an emotion.

Think, what emotion is the most present in your everyday experience?

It’s probably not joy, happiness or love, because if that was the case, you would probably feel fantastic and have no chronic pain.

But if you are constantly feeling frustrated, if this is your dominant emotion, then you will likely have a lot of discomfort in your body.
