The Questions Your Coach Should Ask You
There’s a big difference between getting an online/big group weight loss program and working with a coach individually. I’m saying this because it is in your best interest!
But I also want you to make sure that the person that you decide to work with is the right fit for you. I recommend that at first, you get to know her style and overall vibe by following her on social media.
Secondly, if you do an initial call or you are asked to fill out a questionnaire, you should be asked to answer the questions that I’m telling you in today’s episode. This is so that the coach can put together the best possible program for you.
