Today’s podcast is a mix of three different topics.
First I’m going to share my experience with taking 2 weeks off from gym workouts, why I did it and how I’m feeling doing it. I don’t love it, but sometimes you have to do what you have to do!
The second topic is discipline. Discipline can be misused and misunderstood because it’s often rooted in the mindset of punishment and self hate, and setting the achievement bar too high. But there’s a better way to use discipline, the one that’s rooted in self respect and healthy goals.
The third topic is how to build healthy habits that stay with you for the rest of your life.
I hope you enjoy the episode!
