Should You Track Macros or Eat Intuitively? – Balanced Vibes Ep 141

Join the Know Your Numbers workshop! kerstenkimura.lpages.co/live-webinar-april-2022
There's value in both, macro tracking and intuitive eating. Intuitive eating is great and I believe that this should always be our end goal — to eat according to our bodies needs. But many times, learning how to eat intuitively so that eating is also healthy, takes some learning. This is where macro tracking can be very helpful.
I don't recommend macro or calorie tracking for those who have an eating disorder and/or hypothalamic amenorrhea. Please work with a specialist if you have one or both of these issues.
For others, join my Know Your Numbers workshop! kerstenkimura.lpages.co/live-webinar-april-2022
In this workshop, you will learn how to calculate your personal calories and proteins for your needs. I never use online calculators but instead, proven and effective methods that I am now sharing with you too in this workshop.
If you've been wanting to improve your health, body composition, and workout performance, this is going to be a great workshop for you. It's 100% free.
