Rini is a personal trainer and group fitness trainer based in Calgary, Canada. She has a long history — 12 years, to be exact — of extreme dieting, trying almost every diet under the Sun, coupled with tons of exercise, from extreme cardio to bodybuilding.
As you may guess, this combination of under eating and training really hard is not great for your health… Rini lost her period, developed thyroid issues, and was extremely obsessed with how much she exercised and what she ate.
Today, Rini does amazing job teaching women to accept themselves and be exactly the way they are. I'm really grateful for being able to connect with her and bring you this interview — she's beautiful from the inside out. If you've ever struggled with body image and self worth and been a people pleaser… then after watching this interview, you probably feel like you've found your soul sister.
