In the health and fitness world, the one who is the leanest and smallest usually gets the most credit and admiration. For working out so much, for eating so healthy, for having so much willpower to go and work out no matter what.
But this kind of example is not necessarily positive. It definitely isn't, if that fit and healthy person who is spreading this message, is actually broken inside.
