Secondly, I’m talking about a recommendation that a medical doctor gave to my client regarding her BMI and that I don’t agree with at all. Remember, most doctors are not a reliable resource for nutrition, training and weigh loss advice.
Lastly, even though it goes against common belief, sometimes doing LESS will give you better results than pushing harder. You don’t have to push harder, you don’t have to white knuckle your way through extreme diet and long fasts. You need to change your approach!
