In this episode my guest Brittany van Schravendijk talks about her program The Daily Minimalist.
Brittany is a former kettlebell athlete and multiple times world champion in kettlebell sport. She has always worked out hard, so 4-hour workout days were not rare. But today, she has completely changed her approach to fitness and shows how it’s possible to get great results by working out with just bodyweight, couple of times a week.
You will also learn about her 2-year period during which she took a complete break from social media and quit her work, to turn inwards and work on herself and her relationship. These 2 years ended up being transformative, and this was also the time when The Daily Minimalist was born.
