šWe say YES when we actually want to say NOā¦
šWe OverDO everything in order to never rock the boat and never get in trouble!

By doing these things we are creating internal anger š¤Æ
āš»Because do we really like to neglect our own needs?
šš»Do we enjoy spreading ourselves so thin just to make sure others are okay?
šš»Donāt we want to get our needs met?
š Can you see how there can be hidden anger in you? š
This is what dr Sarno was talking about when he said that chronic pain is largely caused by internal anger. If you have chronic symptoms and you start taking a closer look at your personality traits, things start to make sense.
