In today’s episode we’re talking about the connection between the personality traits that you had as a child (and likely have also now), and the chronic symptoms that you are now dealing with.
The reason why many times health care professionals aren’t able to figure out the cause of these chronic symptoms is that they are always looking for the physical explanations…
But in many cases the causes are emotional and mental; we put a lot of pressure on ourselves and cause a lot of stress to ourselves. These processes are internal and that’s why the chronic symptoms need to be healed by addressing our brains and nervous systems.
If you were a child who put a lot of pressure on yourself, then make sure to check this episode out — it has some answers for you!
