333. I Did a FUN Experiment! + The RIGHT Way To Use Positivity and Optimism for Chronic Symptom Recovery –

I think we all know that positive thinking and optimism are healthier for us than negative thinking and pessimism.

Positivity and optimism are great, but not when we use them to just ignore and cover up our hard, dark emotions. These dark and heavy emotions need to be acknowledged and expressed too. Otherwise, they can’t be released and they continue to cause chronic sensations.

In today’s episode I’m sharing with you 2 tips that have recently helped me to get into a more positive mindset – without ignoring the heavy emotions.
