You may have a fat loss goal and you may need to start it with a reverse diet, aka “build up phase”.
But the reality is that this approach will be very different from diets that you have done before, that cut your calories down drastically and gave you quick initial results.
These initial results may have been amazing but they probably didn’t last. And after a few of these diets, you hit a wall and stopped losing fat. Your metabolism adapted.
This is where a reverse diet comes into play. It’s a great tool and great way to prepare yourself for fat loss but the “problem” is that many people don’t have the patience to go through this process.
