399. 3 Ways We “Deal” With Chronic Pain: Which One Is Right?

In this episode today I’m introducing you 3 different ways how people deal with their chronic pain or symptoms that are NOT structural issues but brain and nervous system driven problems. This is called TMS or neuroplastic pain.

Out of these three ways to deal with the problem, two are very common… But they are unhelpful and actually make things worse.

The third one is the least common, but the most effective way to approach your chronic pain or other chronic symptoms.
