This is another mindset episode and in this one we’re talking about how to start feeling more at peace, calm, confident and aligned with yourself.
I recommend that you make 2 lists:
One will be where you list all the things that you do that make you feel better (long term; even if they are uncomfortable at first)
The other one will be a list where you list all the things that make you feel worse (even if they initially make you feel better, due to a dopamine hit).
Then, every time you are about to take action and do something, ask yourself this one question that I mention in the episode.
When you make this a regular practice, you start to notice that you make better choices for yourself more regularly. As a result you start to feel better about yourself. Your actions are aligned with who you want to be. You are calmer and more present.
Give it a try!
