I want you to realize that this is DANGEROUS and you should never take that advice!
Watch this video to learn why eating so little cannot be good for you.
It's unfortunate that the dieting world has taken us to a place where we make 1600 calories sound like a huge amount of food, while for most women, it's not enough to keep their bodies healthy and strong. Most active women need, I would say, at least 2000 calories a day. I personally am eating around 2500 – that's what I have found when I have occasionally tracked (I don't do it on the regular basis at all).

I am trying 1600 calories a day . Just two days over I am feeling better
I'm glad you're feeling better! Now let's add some :)
That coach was right: you can have a healthy balanced diet on 1600 calories a day and not feel hungry. I think it is your advice that is dangerous. What is the best calorie intake for an individual depends on many factors, including age, gender and level of physical activity, goals of weight loss for health reasons etc. I include a link here but any medically trained nutritionist will say the same. https://health.clevelandclinic.org/how-many-calories-a-day-should-i-eat/
