The Difference Between Fit and Healthy and Fit and Unhealthy

Can you be fit yet unhealthy? Yes, definitely!

Yes, fit and unhealthy is a thing. We can be physically very fit looking (lean muscles, low fat percentage) but at the same time be very unhealthy.

A lot of women want to be fit and healthy but are not doing the things that fit and healthy people are doing!

In today's post, I'm sharing with you the most important differences between healthy and fit people, and unhealthy and fit people.

Healthy: Works Hard, Rests Hard vs Unhealthy: Works Hard, Rests Never

Here are the differences:
FIT & HEALTHY:
Works hard, rests hard. Yes, healthy and fit people may work out hard but they don't overtrain themselves. Rest and recovery are critical.

FIT & UNHEALTHY:
works like a machine but never rests. Result: The body doesn't recover! This is how this person ends up with chronic fatigue, sleep problems period problems and more.

Healthy: Prioritizes Sleep, Unhealthy: Sleep Can Wait, But I Have to Work Out

FIT & HEALTHY:
Sleep matters; without that, there's no results. It is true. Without proper rest, they would not be healthy.

FIT & UNHEALTHY:
Sleep is secondary if that; workouts are more important. Working out late at night or extremely early in the morning, even if sleep was just 5 hours. Result: overtraining & burnout. Doesn't sound too healthy!

Healthy: Eat's Enough, Unhealthy: How Little Can I Eat?

FIT & HEALTHY:
Eats enough. Has no interest in starving herself. The goal is to fuel the body, eat for energy but also for fun. They know that without food, there will be no results.

FIT & UNHEALTHY:
Believes that calories are bad, tries to eat as little as possible. Result: Chronic under eating, thyroid & adrenal problems, menstrual cycle problems…. You know how it goes!

Healthy: Takes Time to Chill, Unhealthy: Never Relaxes

FIT & HEALTHY:
Takes time to chill, rest, have fun, enjoy life. A truly healthy person has fun too because she knows that it's important to also be healthy on the inside.

FIT & UNHEALTHY:
Runs around non stop, believes that resting is bad, chooses to feel guilty for sitting down. Result: Constant exhaustion, never satisfied with results.

Which one are you? Are you a healthy and fit person, or unhealthy and fit person? Do you eat enough, do you rest enough, do you take time to recover?
