Last week, I had the chance to chat about overtraining, hypothalamic amenorrhea and how to recover from them, on two podcasts.
I'm really excited that more and more people are getting curious about these conditions, and help to spread the knowledge about them. So many women are suffering from overtraining and missing periods, and sometimes without even knowing that there's anything wrong about it.
If you follow me on Instagram or Facebook, you've already seen links to both podcasts. If you haven't, you can find them below.
This podcast is hosted by Stephanie Dankelson and talks about all the things related to exercise, food, getting to know your body and redefining your relationship with yourself. I absolutely loved being Stephanie's guest and she has had several other great guests on the show as well.

Don't you just love the name of this podcast? You couldn't come up with better name than that, really. There's way too much confusion in health and fitness and Avishek Saha has made it to his goal to educate his listeners about real health and break some well known health myths.
