How do I start working out again after I've had hypothalamic amenorrhea is one of the questions that I get most often. This program has the answer.

What is Simple Strength for Women?

Simple Strength for Women is a workout program for women who have not been able to work out for several months because of hypothalamic amenorrhea recovery, but who are now ready go get back to training.

Remember, according to NPNW, its recommended to wait at least three cycles before you start training again. Once you're there and your cycles are normal, you can start doing some strength training. Because you CAN get back to working out after hypothalamic amenorrhea, if you do it right!

Simple Strength for Women

  • is a 16-week workout program
  • includes a warm-up routine and workouts for 16 weeks, divided into 4 phases
  • includes 4 strength tests that you need to pass before you can move on to the next phase
  • includes all exercise demonstration videos and written descriptions
  • includes estimated time frames, so you know approximately how long each workout is going to take.

Simple Strength for Women helps you to build the most foundational, functional strength and allows you to safely get back to working out after 3-12 months long break.

What Kind of Results Can You Expect?
