How To Properly Strength Train After Burnout Recovery

If you've had a long break from strength training due to overtraining, burnout or hypothalamic amenorrhea recovery, you want to make sure that you start your strength training right.

In this video, I'm answering a question about going to failure, and tell you what your training should and shouldn't look like.

Here is what you will learn:

  • When lifting weights, should you go to failure?
  • What you have to do before starting a weight lifting program
  • What kind of workouts to avoid
  • What your strength training program should look like to maximize your results.

If you don't have the Simple Strength for Women program yet, you can learn more about, and get it HERE.
