From Overtraining and Extreme Food Restriction, to Finding True Health – Balanced Vibes Ep 98

Today I have a pleasure to introduce you my amazing client Priscilla.

Priscilla is a very active young woman who loves her sport – boxing.

However, not too long ago she went down the path of severe overtraining and food restriction, to be able to fight in her weight class. She fasted up to 96 hours, including from water. She was boxing and running daily. And she believed that when she's tired, sore and achy, she just needs to push harder.

Today, she is doing a lot better! She is eating to fuel her body, using macro nutrition. Her workouts have changed and she doesn't push cardio that much anymore. Her energy, libido and love for life are back. She says that she didn't know that she could feel this good!

I hope you enjoy this episode.
