With today’s episode, I want to bring you a lot of encouragement if you are one of these people who is having chronic symptoms in the body as a result of stressed brain and nervous system, and you are afraid to start exercising.
I want to ask you 2 questions…
1. How well do you understand the definition of TMS?
2. How sure are you that this is what you are dealing with it?
If you truly understand the definition of TMS and that your symptoms originate from the brain, and you are also confident that this is what you are dealing with, then there is no reason to avoid exercising.
In fact, I will share with you some comments that I’ve been getting from people in my Train to Build STARTER program, that prove that in some cases their symptoms have gone down!
How is this possible?
