Hypothalamic Amenorrhea

Hypothalamic amenorrhea (loss of period) is a condition that often occurs in women who over exercise, under eat and/or have mentally or emotionally stressed out. Loss of period is a serious issue because it will affect not your fertility, but overall health as well. It’s related to lack of sleep, loss of bone density, constipation, being cold often, irritability, moodiness and even dementia and heart disease.
