329. 7 Sneaky Ways How FEAR Is Slowing Down Your TMS Recovery

If you’ve had chronic symptoms for a while and you’ve learned that they come from your brain and nervous system, you know that in order to recover you have to let go of the fear of the sensations that you feel in your body.

As long as you are afraid… You can’t recover.

But what about your fearful habits and behaviors OUTSIDE of your symptoms?

For example, are you afraid to speak up? Are you afraid of a slightest conflict? Are you afraid of not being perfect and what might happen as a result?

These are fears too, and they put your brain into a very stressed out state. These fears don’t create the sense of safety which we know is so important in order to recover.

Check out today’s episode to learn how fear will sneak in — and make your recovery harder, even if you are no longer afraid of your symptoms.
