360. 2 Things to Do to Reduce Anxiety and Chronic Sensations (+Step By Step Anxiety Processing Demo)

If you live in this anxiety mode day after day, then chronic pain and sensations are actually a very logical continuation of it because chronic health problems are simply an extension of that anxiety.

If you want to get better, reduce anxiety and chronic pain, you need to do these 2 things:

1️⃣ Get you out of those intense anxiety moments THROUGH YOUR BODY. We’re doing a somatic anxiety reduction exercise today on this episode, so you can follow along.

2️⃣ Heal the root causes of your anxiety.
Food, exercise, exposure to sunlight, caffeine, sleep – they all matter. But what also matters, and causes chronic anxiety, are the two often overlooked contributors:

1) The unhelpful personality traits that run your life and
2) Unexpressed emotions.

You might be living your life covering up everything that you truly feel; trying to push down your anxiety and make it look like it doesn’t exist; you think that you need to just try harder to be even more perfect and even more positive, but you are burning out 🔥

In order to get better, you need to look into your personality traits and learn how to process your emotions.

Check out Emotionally Fit, the program that helps you to do just that, in my bio. It’s on sale until WEDNESDAY, November 6th! https://kersten-kimura.teachable.com/p/emotionally-fit
