1:1 Customized Workout Programming + Coaching
Customized Workout Programming is for you if you need a strength training plan that is designed just for you, allowing you to get the most out of your workouts. Your workout program will be designed based on our initial phone call where we go over in detail your goals, your workout experience (it's okay if you have none), the time and equipment you have available, any pain or injuries and anything else that I need to know before creating your unique training plan.
You can work out from home — going to the gym is not a requirement. If you are a beginner, it's absolutely okay to start with just bodyweight!
1:1 Customized Workout Programming + Coaching Includes:
- Getting started call where we go over in detail your history and goals as described above
- A new program once a month
- Video demonstrations and descriptions for each exercise
- Text message access to me 5 days a week. These messages can be used for form checks or any other workout related questions.
1:1 Nutrition + Strength Training Coaching Mindful Macros
Mindful Macrosis my signature program that has helped hundreds of women build strength and muscle, lose body fat, support hormonal health and rebuild their metabolism, oftentimes after trying many unsuccessful diets.
I NEVER prescribe restrictive, extremely limiting food rules and diets or intense training protocols that burn you out and leave you fatigued. My goal is to help you become a truly healthy version of yourself who values health and longevity, good hormonal health and healthy metabolism over a certain number on the scale.
Coaching Includes:
- Customized nutrition programming
- Workout programming
- Individualized weekly check ins via Zoom call or email
- Biweekly Zoom calls (two 30-min calls per month)
- Text message access Mon-Fri
- Access to private coaching portal and resources (including nutrition guides, grocery shopping tips, exercise demonstration videos, hormonal health guides and much more!)
1:1 Chronic Pain (TMS) Recovery Coaching
Let’s get to the bottom of your chronic pain or other symptoms so that you can overcome them and enjoy a fun, pain-free life that you deserve.
This coaching is completely individualized as everyone is unique and there is no one curriculum that applies to everyone. However, the common areas that often need to be addressed are past and present stress, childhood experiences, personality traits, emotional awareness, overcoming fears and getting back to normal life before the sensations leave!
Coaching includes:
- Biweekly Zoom calls (two 60-min calls per month)
- Text message access Mon-Fri
Solution Session: Private Consultation
Solution Session is a 1-hour private consultation that you can use for any questions you have regarding your workouts, nutrition, chronic pain or anything else that you need.
You can use this if you don't feel like you need ongoing, monthly or weekly support, or if you are a former client and need to do a simple check in.
If you need help with nutrition, I may ask you to submit your 5-day food and exercise log prior to our call (if this is needed), so I know how to help you best.
Macro Accelerator: One Time Macro Calculation
Macro Accelerator is a one-time macro calculation based on your individual body composition goals and needs. This program is for you if you are already familiar and comfortable with macro tracking and know how to do it, but you aren't sure what numbers you should hit to achieve your goals.
Online macro calculations can be very inaccurate as they don't take into account your past and current eating habits, hormonal state, dieting experience and more. Most importantly, most of them don't ask where your current calories and macros are at, but this is really important information to have.
I'm here to help you figure out what macro ratios work best for you considering your unique goals.
